Costs, payments and after-sales
Search 1688, Taobao and Weidian by product link, keyword, category or image. Product prices are live source-platform prices with no Lovegodrop product markup. Supplier domestic shipping charges, when applicable, appear on the product page; the displayed purchase price is the amount used for purchasing.
Assisted sourcing: check which quote you receive
Find Source can provide either a matched supplier-SKU quote excluding international shipping, or a quote including international shipping. Check the quote details before accepting; assisted sourcing does not always mean shipping is included.
Quote including international shipping
Pay the confirmed product-and-shipping quote once. It is generally fixed unless you change the quantity, request extra services or otherwise change the order. After QC, shipment uses the included service; changes are confirmed before purchasing.

After entering your address, choose product-only payment followed by freight after QC, or product plus estimated freight upfront. Estimated freight is adjusted after receiving using actual weight or volume: underpayments require a top-up; overpayments return to wallet balance without a refund fee. A top-up outside wallet balance incurs a payment fee.
Payment-processing fees
Payment fees depend on the payment method and are shown before confirmation. For an extra freight payment, paying from wallet balance has no payment fee; other methods carry their applicable fee. Payments require your confirmation.
3 free QC photos per product
After purchasing and warehouse receiving, each product receives three free photos from different angles. Review received quantity, weight, dimensions and photos before shipment. Missing items are raised with the supplier; wrong colour, size or style is returned for repurchasing.
Included basic services
No software monthly subscription fee. Standard packing, 90 days of storage, parcel consolidation and splitting are free, alongside the basic QC photos. Product costs, shipping and payment fees still apply.
Optional paid services
Extra services such as removing original packaging, detailed photography, parcel reinforcement, relabelling and customisation are charged separately when requested. Confirm the service and price before proceeding.
Returns and supplier errors
The supplier bears the corresponding costs for incorrect goods or damage. If the product has no error or damage but you are dissatisfied after QC, you pay the domestic return shipping cost in China.
Match your existing store products before a sale
Future orders reuse the matched variant. Store inventory is not updated automatically. If a supplier raises prices, runs out of stock or removes a listing, we contact you or help find a replacement. Changes to price, specification or material require your confirmation before purchasing.
